Shipping and Delivery
HOLDAY SEASON: Kindly be advised that, due to Public Holiday closures affecting our postal service. Please do expect a delay in the delivery of your order of up to 4 business days.
We offer complimentary standard delivery for all orders within Australia valued over $250.
All standard and express delivery are sent with AusPost.
To calculate shipping for your item, proceed to checkout to determine amount.
Orders placed before 11am AEST will be dispatched on the same day between Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 11am AEST will be dispatched the following business day.
Customs and Duties
Customs and duties are not included in the shipping prices and costs may incur for some countries. All international customers are responsible for these costs within their own country. Tokyn is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on all overseas shipments and will include invoice as required by customs.
Some shipping routes have been suspended post covid-19 pandemic, please proceed to checkout to determine if we are able to ship to your country.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking details.
*Delivery times are estimated only and we cannot guarantee you will receive your package within the time frames, any delays with delivery are the responsibility of the postal service. Tokyn is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels during transit.
Pre Orders
All pre-order items will be sent within 3 days after the listed date on the product page at the time of placing your order, unless otherwise stated. We will send you a notification via email for any updates on your order and tracking number for delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately with “order cancellation” as the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate for the change of mind, however unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once your item has been shipped, in which case you are able to follow the returns and exchanges procedures. Items on pre-order are unable to be canceled.
